Four rules, no exceptions.
These aren't poster values. They're the filters every hire, every site brief, and every line of our platform goes through.
Stand the post
Decisions made by people who've worked nights, walked yards, and answered alarms — not by an account-management layer three time zones away.
Prove it
Every claim we make is backed by a timestamp, a geotag, or a report you can open. If we can't evidence it, we don't say it.
Build the tools
Our dispatch console, guard app, and client portal are written in-house. When you need something custom, we ship it — no vendor queue.
Quiet is the product
A good night is one where nothing made the news. We measure prevented incidents, closed gates, and mornings that start with coffee, not calls.
One shift, start to finish.
Forget the brochure — this is the operating model, hour by hour. Every beat below is something our platform records and our clients can open.
- 21:30Briefing
Officer reviews the site brief in the guard app — post orders, access notes, open items from the previous shift. Cert-gating already confirmed they're qualified for this site.
- 22:00On post
Clock-in is GPS-verified. The dispatch board flips the site to ON POST and the client's portal shows live coverage.
- 23:40First patrol
Checkpoint scans by QR and NFC, each one timestamped and geotagged. The route replays later as a drawn path — proof, not promises.
- 01:15Idle-check
Our ops centre pulses every officer on a five-minute window all night. Miss one and dispatch calls; miss that and a supervisor rolls.
- 02:50Incident
An unsecured door gets found, secured, photographed, and logged — chain of custody intact. The client sees it in the portal before sunrise.
- 05:58Handover
Notes for the day shift, site left better than found. The officer clocks out; the platform compiles the night automatically.
- 06:00The morning report
A branded daily activity report lands in the client's inbox — summary up top, evidence below. That's the whole company in one email.
The next quiet shift starts with a conversation.
Tell us about the property, the people, or the program you're securing. A senior account lead will respond same business day. For active alarms or urgent coverage, dispatch is live 24/7.
