Publishing the week to guards

Click "Publish" in the schedule toolbar. We iterate every assigned shift in the active week, group by guard, and send each guard one email with date · time · site · client per shift.

Idempotent: re-publishing just re-sends current data — useful after a flurry of changes. Logged under category "schedule_publish" in the email-delivery pipeline.

For ad-hoc messages to today's working guards, use the "Broadcast" button next to Publish: subject + body, sent via email and/or SMS per guard preference.
