Notification preferences (SMS / Email / Push)

Three independent toggles: - SMS — shift reminders, panic alerts, dispatch broadcasts. Requires a phone number on file AND Twilio configured. - Email — schedule publishes, weekly digests, cert reminders. - Push — Web Push to the installed PWA.

Each guard manages their own at /guard/profile → "Notifications". Managers can override from /dashboard/guards/<id>/edit → "Notifications".

A toggle being OFF disables that channel even if the underlying integration is working; the system always respects the recipient's preference.
