Your first day on Obsidian

The dashboard surfaces a checklist when your workspace is empty. Work through it in order:

• Add a client first. Sites belong to clients; the schedule won't accept a shift until both exist.
• Create a site with an accurate geofence radius. Guards can't check in if you draw the radius too tight; 100–200m is typical.
• Add your first guard. They get a sign-in email; the PWA install prompt fires on their first visit.
• Create your first shift on the schedule. The AI quick-add ("tomorrow 8a-4p John at Tower 1") is the fastest path.
• Upload your company logo. Branded share pages, DAR PDFs, and the guard PWA pick it up automatically.

If you want to explore before adding real data, the checklist has a "Load demo data" button that creates a sample workspace you can clean up later.
